Old but good post I came accross here from CJ Mahaney from Soveriegn grace ministries. Very wise advice from my experience. Although I'm now looking for the post on how to actually do what I've prioritised.
thanks andrew. a good read. i've often thought that people in full-time ministry can tend to make comparisons of other ministries too quickly without asking the question (whose hard work must have gone on here beforehand to get a ministry bearing fruit of the spirit in such obvious ways as numerical and maturity growth).
I like the fact that bible based gospel teaching is your key pastoral tool and think its the first one to be adept at when time is limited and you want to build a long term foundation in people's lives.
